For each carbo cram all the boys based on grade level are assigned an item to bring.  Below are examples:

Water - 12 bottles

Bread - Rolls, loaf of French/Italian bread, breadsticks (not a loaf of sandwich bread)

Dessert - Use your imagination:)

Side -  Green salad, fruit salad, fruit, deli salads (pasta, potato, macaroni), baked potatoes...         

Coordinate with the host if your items need to be delivered ahead of time.  

Carbo crams are generally held the evening before a meet, immediately following practice.  For each carbo cram we will need a host, who provides the paper products (plates, napkins, utensils) and prepares the large main dish. To make it easier on the host with food preparation, we will have 2 additional people sign up to bring a main dish.
